The Hub in Tigard, an OHDC YouthSource program, provides educational, workforce and enrichment opportunities for youth that have been expelled, suspended or adjudicated. Bringing together a variety of public and private organizations through the River West Confluence is a collective impact group, The Hub seeks to launch youth while providing all the necessary incentives and support services.
For this project, youth and volunteers will work together on an art installation project to brighten up and add some flair to outdoor work tables. Small teams will each have their own section to mosaic by sketching out a simple pattern and breaking up plates to use for tiles. Roll up your sleeves and get your creative energy flowing!
