Phone Bank - Be on Live TV! Bring your well-behaved pet with you!
We are hosting a phone bank to collect donations. During the news segments on Fox 12 we will be filming live for some segments from the phone bank, so you may be seen on TV. You will be at the phone bank taking telephone calls and accurately entering the caller’s information on a computer.
• You must be able to concentrate on the caller and hear with a lot of noisy activity going on around you.
• You must be comfortable typing on a computer as you speak to the caller on the phone.
• Courtesy phone skills and outgoing personalities are also a must.
• Absolutely must be able to smile when on camera
SPECIAL for Live TV Phone Bank Volunteers: This may be one of the only times we want you to bring your pet to volunteer with you. We need just 2-3 well-behaved, potty-trained pets of that can sit on the phone bank for long periods. They must be friendly with strangers, calm, good with other dogs and animals, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. All types of pets are welcome! We’ve had dogs, cats, bunnies, even a degu! Please send the following information about your pet if you are interested in one of the pet positions on the phone bank: species, breed, and name.
Time/Location:
Need 15 volunteers from 4:50am - 8:00am
Need 15 volunteers from 7:00pm - 11:30pm
