MS Society Annual Picnic at Oaks Park - Rides Included! (age 12+) *Hands On*
Volunteer, Get Great Food and Free Rides at Oaks Park!!
Come help set up picnic tables and decorate for the party before guests arrive at 11:30. Once guests arrive, we need help manning buffet stations, serving food and assistance in clearing up. Arrive at 10:15 and by 2:00 you can be on the rides or playing games until close at the Park on us!
Volunteers may bring children ages 12 and up to join the fun. Spend a day of fun in the sun eating, playing and helping us create a great day for our friends with Multiple Sclerosis!
The mission of the MS Society is to improve the lives of those living with MS through educating the public about MS and related problems and providing a social outlet for people living with MS and their families. It also provides case management, acupuncture and massage programs, a medical equipment closet, referrals, advocacy, educational and social events and more!
Project Requirements:

Volunteers must be 12 years of age or older to attend this project; any volunteer under age 13 must attend with a parent or adult chaperone.

All volunteers under 18 are required to bring a Youth Volunteer Release Form signed by their parent or legal guardian. Please download, complete, and bring this waiver with you on the day of the project.

If you plan to bring children or guests you MUST reserve slots for them. The best way to do this is to create a Volunteer Team, then sign up your team for this project.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You are responsible for ensuring that everyone signed up through your team attends - only sign up team members who have confirmed their availability. Teams that repeatedly sign up, but do not show up or show up with fewer volunteers than they signed up, may be removed.
