Help Retired Books be Rejuvenated! (age 16+) *MLK 2012*
Be one of 2,100 volunteers honoring the legacy of Dr. King through meaningful service to communities throughout the Greater Portland area.
Volunteeers will help Multnomah County Library's Title Wave Used Bookstore prepare to put retired library materials into the hands of the public. Will involve handling books, moving, sorting and shelving material.
Wear casual clothes, as it can be a little dusty!

Opportunity Requirements:
- Please fill out this MLK Adult & Youth Waiver and bring it with you to the project. All volunteers under 18 are required to bring a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
- Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older to attend this project.
- If you plan to bring your children or other guests to the event, you MUST reserve slots for them. The best way to do this is to create a Volunteer Team. You can then sign up your team for this project
IMPORTANT NOTE: You are responsible for ensuring that everyone signed up through your team attends - only sign up team members who have confirmed their availability. Teams that repeatedly sign up, but do not show up or show up with fewer volunteers than they signed up, may be removed.
