Referral: Litter Pick-up along South Johnson Creek at Summercrest Park (age 10+)

Join us as we remove litter that has washed into Beaverton's South Johnson Creek throughout Summercrest Park.

If possible, please bring garden gloves and a re-usable water bottle to drink from throughout the day. Extra equipment, refreshments and a water cooler will be provided!

The Natural Resource Department exists to ensure that natural communities within Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District are respected, appreciated, maintained , protected, enhanced and restored as an integral part of planning and operations.

Opportunity Requirements:

  • Volunteers must be 10 years of age or older to attend this project and any volunteer under age 14 must attend with a parent or adult chaperone.
  • Court ordered volunteers welcome.
