Restore the Fanno Creek Trail at Vista Brook Park (age 10+) Referral
Celebrate our local natural areas by helping us remove English ivy and plant natives along the Fanno Creek Trail! Projects scheduled in December will focus on planting and mulching native trees and shrubs, while projects scheduled throughout the remainder of the year will focus on removing English ivy from along the trail.
If possible, please bring a shovel, set of loppers, heavy-duty work gloves and a re-usable water bottle to drink from throughout the event. Extra tools, gloves, snacks and a water cooler will be provided.
Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District is a special service district that provides parks and recreational opportunities and services for citizens of all ages in Beaverton and other ares of eastern Washington County.

Opportunity Requirements:

Volunteers must be 10 years of age or older to participate in this opportunity; any volunteer under age 14 must attend with a parent or adult chaperone.
