Come help revitilize Open Meadow Alternative High School!
Open Meadow is a private, non-profit, accredited, educational organization serving youth who have not fared well in the public schools. Many of our students dropped out of public school. Many struggled with attendance, academic, or disciplinary issues. We believe that all of them deserve a quality education.
Open Meadow successfully re-engages disconnected youth in their education, providing academic and support services to those at high risk of dropping out of school. All students work toward high school graduation. Post-graduate youth in our career programs are supported in building a firm foundation for their professional future.
We need volunteers to help clean the schools busses (4) inside and out and to help with ground clean-up including weeding, mole hole filling, bush pruning and general yard work.
*All volunteers must be 18+ years of age to sign up.
