Arnold Creek Natural Area Caretaking (age 10+) Referral
Arnold Creek Natural Area is a small park along Tryon Creek upstream from the Tryon Creek State Natural Area. This is the annual visit to remove ivy from this site in order to protect the habitat for the benefit of fish and wildlife.
This event is part of Tryon Creek's Watershed Wide Event, so volunteers will meet first at the Riverdale Highschool for a light breakfast, check-in, and welcome rally. Volunteers will leave by foot to the site at 9AM. The event is sponsored by The Tryon Creek Watershed Council, Portland Parks, West Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District, and Southwest Neighborhoods Inc.
