Subaru Kids Obstacle Challenge (age 10+) Referral

Children’s Center’s works to support and medically assess children who are suspected victims of abuse or neglect. This summer, help support our mission by lending a hand at the Subaru Kids Obstacle Challenge, from which a portion of the proceeds will benefit our programs!

The Subaru Kids Obstacle Challenge on July 12, 2014 was inspired by all of the "grown up" mud runs taking storm around the nation but designed for kids ages 5-16 in mind. Children's Center has been selected as this year's Portland event beneficiary.

Volunteer with us at this fun-filled event! Volunteers needed to check guests in, facilitate parking, assist kids through course, and maintain event grounds. Volunteers must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities. Children 10 and over may volunteer as long as they're accompanied by an adult. To ensure the safety of the children, all volunteers must pass a background check.

Volunteers should dress in clothing and footwear that can get dirty. Comfortable shoes and sunscreen are encouraged.

Opportunity Requirements:
