Friendly House Auction Art Work Parties (age 15+; 12+ with adult)

Friendly House creates a thriving community by connecting people of all ages and backgrounds through quality educational, recreational and other life-sustaining services.

2020 FH Auction Art Work Parties (1/12-3/1, Every Sunday)
Beginning in January and going until March on Sundays from 1-4pm, we will be holding our Auction Art Work parties. These weekend Art Work Parties are a time for us to gather with volunteers to work on the decorations and art for our annual spring auction.

Volunteer tasks include: painting, cutting, tracing, assisting artists with large scale projects and other crafty tasks. Art skills are fantastic but not necessary.. Snacks and drinks will be available for volunteers. Ages 15+ (Ages 12-15 with an attending parent) Sign up for as many as you'd like! **This activity is held in a building that is not ADA accessible.

Give Mother Nature a Helping Hand to Restore Habitat in Woodmont Park

Join Friends of Woodmont Park in this 7 acre natural oasis and help restore the habitat so native species thrive. We'll remove invasive species that are over taking the native species. Native species provide essential food and shelter to small animals, birds and pollinators. Please dress for the weather and wear closed toe shoes. Bring water and gloves. No experience needed.

Time/Location:
March 1, Sunday 10a - 12p

Woodmont Park: 13600 Atwater Lane, Lake Oswego OR 97034

Parking: Near the intersection of Atwater Rd. & Knaus Rd. Look for gravel road leading into park. Watch for Stewardship work party signs
