Help Sound the Alarm in Wilsonville! Join a Volunteer Team to Install Free Smoke Alarms (age 16+)

The mission of the Red Cross is to alleviate human suffering by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.

In Oregon and Southwest Washington, The Red Cross responds to an average of two home fires a day, making it the regions most common disaster activity. To help build awareness and resiliency in our communities, the Red Cross will hold Sound the Alarm events across the nation to help ensure households have working smoke alarms and are educated on what to do in the case of a home fire.

On April 18th, the Red Cross will be mobilizing volunteers to help prepare households in Wilsonville. All training and lunch will be provided to participants, no previous experience necessary. Please consider volunteering your day to have a lasting, life-saving impact.
