Hands On Greater Portland started when a small circle of friends got together to help the homeless, tutor children, clean up public schools and fill other important needs in Portland.

Ten years later, Hands On has grown to connect over 13,000 volunteers a year with community needs throughout Multnomah and Washington counties.

Here’s a chance to join with like-minded donors and support Hands On. By joining, you will receive opportunities to take part in unique volunteer projects, learn more about the issues that shape our community and connect with other supporters. Plus, you’ll get one of our cool decals featuring our new name and logo.

You don’t have to join the Circle of Friends to be a volunteer. But if you feel moved to support our work connecting volunteers with opportunities to take care of critical needs, then please join us. We’d really welcome your friendship!
