Description:
Volunteers are needed to deep clean the shelter at the
Good Neighbor Center. The shelter has nine bedrooms that provides transitional
housing to families in need in Washington County. Help make the shelter ready
for new, deserving families!
Volunteers will help by:
- Deep
cleaning the donation room
- Organizing
the storage warehouse
- Cleaning
of all the kitchen cupboards, drawers, and shelves
- Organizing
of the pantry (food items)
The Good Neighbor Center is dedicated to providing safe
emergency housing and supportive services to empower individuals and families
to be self-sufficient.
This project is great for families with kids
ages 12 and older.
