Do you think nature is only found outside of the city? Think again! Come volunteer at the highest point in Portland and enjoy your Saturday morning working outside and meeting others in our community. Join Friends of Marquam Nature Park and the West Willamette Restoration Partnership for a morning of urban forest renewal. Its fun, close-in, accessible, and very important work. Many hikers, runners, and walkers utilize this park and trail. This trail is part of the 40-mile loop around Portland and connects to Forest Park. Help keep this a high-quality natural area for people, native plants, and wildlife! Meet at Council Crest Park (the nearest cross streets are SW Council Crest Dr and SW Greenway Ave).
