Webmaster Volunteer for Store to Door (age 18+) Referral

Store to Door is looking for a volunteer who can help us manage and update our website! The Webmaster Volunteer will help our organization by maintaining one of our main ways of communicating with the community: our website. The website is used to recruit for new volunteers, new funding, and new clients. We are looking for someone who has skills and experience with WordPress.

Skills and Experience:
• General wordpress development skills necessary in administering and upkeep of a site
• Site is built with genesis framework (don’t let that scare you away, it's easy to learn)
• Solid grasp of CSS
• Knowledge of creating and optimizing graphics for the site
• Gravity forms is widely used
• Moderate level of SEO
• Mailchimp - creating of lists, campaigns

This volunteer role can be done remotely from home or work (approx. 1 hour per week) and requires minimal time in our office.

Store to Door supports independent living for Portland area seniors and people with disabilities by providing an affordable, personal, volunteer-based grocery shopping and delivery service. Our vision is that the Portland area will be a community where all seniors and people with disabilities are nourished, included and can age with dignity in the setting of their own choice.

  • Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this opportunity.
