IRCO Community Health Resource Fair (age 15+) Referral

Volunteer Opportunity

Help neighbors connect with essential services and support through CSN's Community Resource Fair.

About the Program

Community Services Network (CSN) strengthens the social service sector through education, networking, and collaboration to improve access to resources and support community health.

Volunteers help bring this mission to life at our Community Resource Fairs by creating a welcoming environment and helping individuals and families connect with services. Whether greeting attendees, guiding them to providers, or distributing food and supplies, volunteers help reduce barriers to access and build a more connected, supported community.

About the Project

Help make CSN’s Community Resource Fairs welcoming and accessible! Volunteers support activities such as setting up, greeting attendees, helping families find resources, distributing food and supplies, assisting with family activities, and cleaning up. Your time and friendly presence help neighbors connect with essential services and support. Join us in bringing community together!

Volunteers can build skills in community outreach, communication, teamwork, and event support while learning about local resources for healthcare, food, housing, and other essential needs. They will gain a better understanding of the barriers individuals and families face when accessing services and how community organizations work together to address those needs. This opportunity also offers meaningful connections with neighbors, service providers, and fellow volunteers.
