Join us as we contribute to the MLK Jr. Day of Service with some outdoor work. Spaces like the Hoyt Arboretum are key in building strong communities, exposing kids (and adults!) to nature, and providing a much needed respite from city life.
Work will include some brush removal, invasive species removal, and possibly some weather related tasks. It should be awfully fun and a great way to get dirty with some fine folks.
All tools, work gloves, and materials will be provided. Please wear long pants, long-sleeved shirt, and sturdy footwear; bring water and snacks.

Project Requirements:

You must be 5 years of age or older to attend this project; any volunteer under age 16 must attend with a parent or adult chaperone.
All volunteers under 18 are required to bring a Youth Volunteer Release Form signed by their parent or legal guardian. Please download, complete, and bring this waiver with you on the day of the project.
