Community Center Cleaning and Upkeep (age 15+) *Impact Week*

IRCO's mission is to welcome, serve, and empower refugees, immigrants and people across cultures and generations to reach their full potential. Our vision is future where all refugees and immigrants belong, our staff are nurtured, and all communities thrive.

IRCO's Sokhom Tauch Community Center serves 100s of clients every week. Some events include hosting Zumba classes, senior service programs, weddings and celebrations, daily athletic events and providing meals for our community in this space. Our center is a great place for community members to meet and find connections.

Volunteers will receive a brief orientation to our organization and training on upkeep work. Some tasks volunteers will be asked to partake in will include sanitizing tables and chairs, cleaning baseboards, wiping down windows and doors. We hope to make this event a cleaning party!

Work will be done indoors. Clothing that can get dirty/stained is recommended along with close-toed shoes. Please bring your own water bottle.
