Richmond Neighborhood Spring Cleanup & Recyling Day Needs You (age 15+) Referral
The Mission of the Richmond Neighborhood Association is to provide a forum to develop neighborhood cohesiveness and improve livability by coordinating neighborhood projects, disseminating information and promoting active involvement in neighborhood activities.
The Richmond Spring Cleanup is one of our main events helping to improve livability and building community. We provide a great service for people to get rid of carloads of bulky waste, recyclable materials, and put usable items to reuse.
Volunteers unload cars that drive to the event and take items to either: 40 yd mixed waste dumpsters or metal recycling bin or electronics recycling area or U-Price-It Rummage Sale area.
3 shifts available:
8:30-11:30 AM,
11 AM-2 PM,
1-3 PM
Breakfast snacks, beverages and pizza lunch provided. Volunteers get stuff for free from our Plant Sale and Rummage Sale.
This is a fun community event!
Opportunity Requirements:

Volunteers must be 15 years of age or older to participate in this opportunity.
