Project PrepPoint: Organize & Optimize (age 18+) *Impact Week 2025*
About the Program
We inspire and prepare young people for their future success through authentic, experiential programs that promote work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.
About the Project
Volunteers will receive a brief orientation on the various projects including building teaching binders/materials, taking inventory, light cleaning duties, and other administrative tasks/projects. Volunteers will unwrap the curriculum and place it into the binders while installing tabs to make sure everything is in order. Also, volunteers will dust, wipe down surfaces, wipe down walls, replace stickers on manuals, build lanyards, etc. Additionally, volunteers will make copies, build volunteer guides, count inventory, etc.
The project will take place indoors. The dress code is casual with preferably comfortable shoes. The volunteers will have access to drinks from the soda tower and are welcome to bring their own snacks. All other materials will be provided.
Please park in the back JA parking lot, behind the facility for the on-site visit - turn down 79th Street from Foster Road and you will find the parking lot (there will also be signs out to direct you).
