Brews for New Avenues (age 21+) Referral
New Avenues for Youth is a Portland-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention and intervention of youth homelessness. Our services for young people (ages 9-25) focus on the individual—their experiences, identities, needs, and goals—and helping them make positive change in their lives.
We are looking for 90 volunteers to help us put on this event that is critical to our mission! Gather together your friends, meet new ones, and spend a few hours volunteering at the world’s largest rare beer auction that has raised over $2.1 million to help end youth homelessness.
Volunteer positions range from 3-5 hours and support many different activities at the event.
Volunteers for this event will help facilitate one of the largest fundraisers the supports New Avenues for Youth. Fundraisers like this one are essential in helping New Avenues provide the ongoing support and programming our youth depend on. Volunteers can get insight into the craft and rare beer world, as well as gain experience supporting an organization working to end homelessness in our community.
