Beaverton City Library

The mission of the library is to foster community and enrich the lives of individuals through learning, engagement and connection. Our goals as a library are to encourage new users to discover, explore and benefit from the library; that community members experience, learn and are inspired at the library; that community members connect to information, resources and each other through the library; that community members recognize the library as a trusted advocate and leader; and that the library adapts to satisfy the changing needs of Beaverton’s diverse and growing population. The mission of the volunteer program is to create connections and build community in support of library services and programs.
