Our mission is to provide hope and healing to vulnerable people in our community as an expression of Christ's love. We provide free medical care to the uninsured and underinsured from infants to adults. We offer primary care and referrals to specialty care, we take walk-ins and appointments. We also offer free pre-diabetes screening and classes for pre-diabetic and diabetic patients.
