El Programa Hispano Católico

Since 1982, El Programa Hispano Catolico has provided a wide array of social services to low-income Latinos in the Portland metro area. El Programa Hispano Catolico's mission is threefold: to increase self-sufficiency within the Latino community, to empower individuals to achieve a better quality of life and to promote mutual understanding and respect among cultures.
