Community Vision
http://www.cvision.orgCommunity Vision works with adults and families experiencing disabilities to provide individualized housing, supported living, employment and home ownership services. CVI programs are designed to allow each participant to reach his or her full potential. The services we provide can be as basic as helping with meals, hygiene, and mobility, or can include support with budgeting and bill paying, getting to and from daily errands or finding and maintaining employment. Individuals live in their own home and we tailor our direct support around their unique needs and goals.
