Art in the Pearl

Art in the Pearl, Fine Arts and Crafts Festival is a three-day outdoor celebration of art, theater, music, and hands on art activities for people of all ages. It is held in the historic Northwest Park Blocks of Portland, Oregon. The festival features 120 exceptional artists, attracts tremendous public response and provides an appreciation of the arts. Admission is free.
