Each year thousands of residents enjoy our parks, playgrounds, sports fields, recreational programs and our facilities – Jackson Bottom Wetlands Preserve, Walters Cultural Arts Center, Shute Park Aquatic and Recreation Center, Tyson Recreation Center, Outdoors In, Hillsboro Community Senior Center and the Gordon Faber Recreation Complex, where the newest member of the Parks & Recreation family resides – Ron Tonkin Field.
