Commitment to individual empowerment is the inspiration for Port City's urban farming, fine arts, screen-printing, woodworking, janitorial, and job development employment programs. Valuing community participation, personal choice, and creative expression, Port City creates community that includes people with and without disabilities by participating in community events, hosting lectures, art classes, and special events, displaying and selling art by Port City artists through the Portland metro area, and through collaboration with local non-profit partners on volunteer projects.
